Last year we identified regulatory harmonisation of storage and transport of used batteries as a key priority for ABRI in 2020. Since that time we have established a small working group to identify issues and options for achieving our objective. 

The purpose of this forum is to:

• Provide an update on our engagement with the federal government and the status of waste tracking harmonisation efforts
• Provide an overview of the current status of regulations
• Obtain your input to confirm state and federal legislations for the states which consider to be priorities for inclusion in the harmonisation strategy
