ABRI was asked to respond to the National Transport Commission Issues Paper: Examining the legal framework for the land transport of dangerous goods (June 2020).    We believe the recommendation to harmonise the implementation of the ADG is an essential and would be a major improvement to regulation of battery transport in Australia.
